I just got a phone call from Prime Liberty insurance. The caller said I was referred by CHAP for low-cost insurance. Since I am currently uninsured, I am very interested, but I want to make sure it isn’t a scam. The only way to apply, I was told, is over the phone, which of course is a bit uncomfortable.
Is this legitimate?
